Be consistent on your breathing patterns.

You need to establish a good rhythm in the way that you breathe. Most of all, you need to sustain this through the whole session till the end. Breathing through the nose is the most preferred and most recommended way but there are a lot of factors that can affect the way that you choose. Just remember that once you choose one in the beginning, you must stick with it through the end.

Do not hesitate to get seconds.

Remember that when you meditate, you want to make yourself as relaxed as possible. This means that if you feel that you want to extend your guided mindfulness meditation hours then go for it. Go with what your body tells you to do and do not impose strict and rigid rules that you must apply. Forcing your body to do otherwise will only lead to more tension.

On the other hand, do not force yourself to meditate when your body does not want to. You will just cause it unnecessary stress and you will not help it to relax in any way. Be conscious to the needs of your body and not rely on your whims.
