How to Control Ejaculation Problems - 3 Tips to Delay an Early Climax

Many men finish before they want to. They'd like to know how to control their ejaculation problems but they're not really sure how to go about it. Delaying an early climax can be achieved in the short term through the use of alcohol, or by the right sexual position. For a long term solution a bit more work is required.

1st Tip is the stop-start technique. Learning when you're about to climax is key to solving the problem. When you're approaching the point of no return, practice stopping the stimulation and continuing in a cycle until you have a good idea of how to last. You can try it during masturbation before trying it with a partner.

2nd Tip is the squeeze technique. Similar to the stop-start method, when you feel like you're about to go, squeeze just below the head of your penis. This will naturally reduce how close to the end you are, without being too intrusive.

The good thing about both these techniques is that they will train you to get used to the sensations and over the long term you'll have better control over your sexual performance.

3rd Tip is kegel exercises. To compliment the sexual practice kegel exercises can help to strengthen the muscles that govern when your body is ready to climax. Go to the bathroom and halt your urine mid-stream. Work out which muscles you use and then activate them regularly, for 10 seconds at a time at least three time a day.

You'll soon notice the difference and have much greater control over your ejaculation problems then you ever had before.
