Stress is another cause of impotence. Try taking a Yoga class every now and then. Even if it doesn't cure your impotence problem, at the very least you'll feel better and much more relaxed.

The important thing for you to understand is that there are solutions. Believe me. I had to look under a lot of rocks until I found mine.
